Pilates is suitable for all ages and fitness levels as the exercises are divided into levels depending on each individual’s needs.
The principles on which pilates is based are concentration, control, breathing, core strengthening, precision and flow of movement.

PILATES MAT & PROPS
The Pilates Mat and Props class is based on the pilates method as instructed by its inventor Joseph Pilates.
A characteristic of this method is the way the exercises are done on the mat with different props like small and large pilates balls, bands, foam rollers etc.
Pilates Mat and Props can be taught individually or in small groups (up to 10).
