Padma Shala, Yoga and Pilates studio, is a separate alternative exercise center in the center of Katerini.
It was created in 2013 with a lot of love and with the aim of spreading and practicing Yoga.
In 2017 it grew, renovated and enriched in benefits and courses.

What are the benefits of Yoga?

Yoga is an ancient system of practices that brings the mind into contact with the body and has multiple benefits for our health.
It includes breathing exercises, concentration as well as physical postures, which have been proven to help the body relax and contribute to reducing stress and overall well-being.

Why do Pilates

Pilates largely avoids high impact, high power output, and heavy muscular and skeletal loading.

The method consists of a series of exercises for strengthening and stretching the whole body, divided into levels adapted to the physical condition of the trainees.

With pilates the body is completely transformed and this is why it is considered one of the most popular exercise programs worldwide.
