The practice of using a hammock, known as swing yoga, has become very popular in yoga studios worldwide the past few years.

Swing Yoga is a fun and exciting way of practice, with a more dynamic approach to poses.

The straps along with the hammock are used as a prop to make the asanas more difficult or ease the asanas. Additionally, the prop enables unlimited alternative poses and stretches.

Inversion poses aid in decompressing the spine, the lumbar region, the back and shoulders while boosting one’s mood through passive stretches.

This method is exceptional for those who want to work their body to its full potential combining the benefits of asanas, inversions and flips in a fun and enjoyable way.
