One of the major stressors in parents’ lives nowadays, is the lack of exercise and concentration in their young ones. The daily life of a child often consists of many hours of studying and as a reward many seek comfort lying on the couch playing videogames.
An alternative solution to this is taking up yoga, in which they will not be criticized or feel competitive with others but will have the ability to strengthen and make their body more flexible. Moreover, through a variety of games, kids/teens will learn to relax, breathe and improve concentration.
Last but not least, our little yogis have fun and correct their body posture.
Each class has a different theme each time keeping the child’s interest. Kids/Teens learn to manage and improve their behavior in relation to themselves and those around them.
Kid’s yoga is suitable for ages 5 to 9 where Teen yoga is for those 10 and up.
