Using the Pilates Reformer, participants can improve mobility, balance, and posture while relieving chronic pain and avoiding injuries. It is ideal for those seeking a safe and effective approach to exercise.
The Pilates Therapy class can complement and support any medical treatment the participant is following, after consultation with their personal doctor/therapist.
It is specifically designed to cater to the needs of older adults, individuals with musculoskeletal or other health issues, athletes in the recovery phase, and those with limited mobility who are unable to join more intensive programs.
If a participant’s health condition does not allow them to join a group session, individual practice is available by arrangement with their personal doctor.
