Online Workshop “A Chair For Yoga” With Sri Parveen Nair
Props are an essential part of our practice , as means to achieve and spread awareness from the mind into the body.
Saturday 12 & Sunday 13 of February we will expand our practice with chair yoga.
Day 1: Standing asanas and Inversions for two hours and one hour of pranayama
Day 2: Standing asanas and back extensions for two hours and one hour of Pranayama
